Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Bellavyn Kids at https://bellavynkids.com.

Bellavyn Kids is operated by HEALING CO INC, a United States limited liability company.

1. Our 30-Day Refund Policy

Customers may contact us to request a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong product is delivered.

• The product materially differs from its description.

• The order has not been delivered within the agreed delivery period.

• The customer is dissatisfied with the product and requests a refund within the applicable period.

• The customer exercises a statutory cancellation right.

To request a refund, email kidshelp@support.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue and, where relevant, photographs showing the problem.

Photographs may help us investigate a claim but are not mandatory where requiring them would interfere with statutory consumer rights.

2. No Physical Returns Required

Bellavyn Kids does not require customers to physically return products.

Once a refund or cancellation has been approved, the customer may keep or safely dispose of the product.

There is no requirement to send the product back to our company or to our fulfilment supplier.

Customers should not dispose of any item before receiving confirmation if they require it as evidence of a product defect or delivery issue.

3. UK Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, eligible UK consumers generally have the right to cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason.

For eligible goods, the cancellation period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer, or a person nominated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Where goods from the same order are delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the final item.

To exercise this right, customers must send a clear statement of cancellation to kidshelp@support.com before the applicable deadline.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For refunds under our voluntary 30-day policy, we aim to process approved refunds promptly. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 working days after processing, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Where a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, we will process reimbursement within the legally required period. Because we waive the requirement to return goods, we will not delay a statutory cancellation refund while awaiting a physical return.

Where required by law, reimbursement includes applicable standard outbound delivery charges. Additional delivery services voluntarily selected by the customer may be treated according to applicable legislation.

We do not charge a refund administration fee.

5. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering an issue.

We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the order and investigate the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights and remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including remedies relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.

6. Non-Refundable Products and Exceptions

No additional product categories are excluded from our voluntary refund policy.

Any exceptions to statutory cancellation rights apply only where expressly permitted by UK law.

Statutory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision of this policy.
