By using the website or placing an order, customers agree to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Business Information

Bellavyn Kids is operated by HEALING CO INC, a United States limited liability company.

Our online store serves customers in the United Kingdom and displays prices in pounds sterling (GBP).

2. Eligibility

Customers placing orders must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Purchases on behalf of children must be made by a parent, guardian or other legally authorised adult.

3. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, images, sizing information and availability details.

Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography or screen settings.

Any delivery charges and applicable taxes payable through checkout will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Card transactions may appear under BELLAVYN KIDS STORE.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

6. Fulfilment and Delivery

Products are shipped directly from third-party fulfilment suppliers located in China.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 working days.

The stated delivery period is 8 working days after dispatch.

Separate items may be shipped in different parcels.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may request refunds under our voluntary 30-day policy.

Eligible UK consumers also benefit from statutory cancellation rights, including the applicable 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases.

Bellavyn Kids does not require physical returns. Where a refund is approved, the customer may keep or safely dispose of the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This includes applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This provision does not deprive consumers habitually resident in the United Kingdom of mandatory protections available under applicable UK law.

Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team first so that complaints can be investigated and resolved.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect operational, technical or legal changes.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising under contracts already concluded.
